- Keep the CPTPayment invoice or order ID
- Copy the public transaction hash if a payment was sent
- Record the asset and network
- Remove private keys, recovery phrases, and passwords from screenshots
Payment investigation
A public transaction hash helps distinguish an unsent transfer from a detected, confirming, partial, or network-mismatched payment.
Security reminder
CPTPayment support should never need your private key or recovery phrase. Never share either with anyone.
