By creating an account and using CPTPayment, you agree to the published Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for determining whether the service is lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction.

Non-custodial service

CPTPayment does not hold, store, or control cryptocurrency funds. Payments are sent directly to wallet addresses supplied by the receiver.

Receiver responsibilities

• Provide correct wallet addresses and networks
• Create accurate payment requests
• Manage disputes, refunds, and customer fulfilment
• Meet applicable tax, reporting, and compliance obligations

Blockchain risks

Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible and can be affected by congestion, price volatility, incorrect address entry, and changing regulation.
