Platform acceptance

By creating an account and using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that:

• You are solely responsible for determining whether our services are legal, compliant, and permissible in your jurisdiction.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency payments.
• Our platform operates as a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment tracking tool—we never hold, store, or manage funds.

Platform services

• Automated calculation of remaining amounts in multi-payment scenarios
• Optional integration with supported e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce

Non-custodial nature

CPTPayment does not:

• Hold, store, or control cryptocurrency funds
• Intercept or process payments through our own wallets
• Reverse, cancel, or refund blockchain transactions

All funds are sent directly to the wallet addresses you provide. Our role is solely to track and display payment activity.

Cryptocurrency operations & limitations

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
• We track blockchain activity and update invoice status accordingly.
• Price volatility and exchange-rate differences are outside our control.
• We detect overpayments and underpayments but do not automatically handle refunds or adjustments. You are responsible for resolving such matters with your payers.

Receiver responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing correct and valid wallet addresses
• Ensuring payment requests are accurate
• Determining whether your use complies with local laws and regulations
• Managing disputes, refunds, or settlements with payers
• Handling required tax reporting or regulatory filings in your jurisdiction

Compliance & jurisdiction

• We may request additional verification information if required by applicable law.
• We make no guarantees that our service is compliant in your jurisdiction.
• It is your responsibility to determine whether you can legally receive cryptocurrency payments in your country, state, or region.

Risk disclosure

By using our platform, you understand and accept the risks of:

Service limitations

We may, without prior notice:

• Limit the number of invoices you can create
• Limit the number of partial payments per invoice
• Restrict certain cryptocurrencies or payment methods
• Suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-compliance, or fraudulent activity

Disclaimer of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for missed, lost, incorrect, delayed, underpaid, or overpaid transactions.
• We are not responsible for compliance with laws applicable to you or your payers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
